Irish Flexible Workspace Providers Announce European Expansion Plans

Dublin flexible workspace providers Iconic Offices has announced that it has engaged Deloitte Ireland to help raise equity for its next phase of growth and its expansion plans into continental Europe. It is planned that the new partner will allow delivery on Iconic Offices’ growth plan over the next five years, including a forecast of around 7,000 workstations and over 100 job creations.

Iconic Offices has achieved annual growth more than 100 per cent year-on-year since it was founded in 2013, growing from Irish startup to medium sized company within five years. Last month, The Victorians, located on Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2 was the first Iconic Offices building to open its doors in 2018. Built in 1881, the property spans five floors across four outstanding Victorian redbrick buildings and houses up to 260 workers.

Founder and CEO of Iconic Offices, Joe McGinley, said of the expansion plans and new Deloitte Ireland partnership: “The management team and the wider company are both delighted and excited to kick off this fund-raising process. The capital injection will transform the business and see Iconic Offices reach its full potential, and allow us to add lots of new talent to the company.”
